About Us

Attorney Markley graduated from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts in 1984 with a double major in Economics and English. Attorney Markley then graduated from Suffolk University Law School with honors in 1990. I am currently licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Virginia, as well as in the Federal District Court of Maryland.
